The History Plugin will show a complete list of all history that has occurred for each of your clients. This includes history from all other Plugins including the Finance Plugin, Service Plugin, Sales Plugin, etc. Additionally, you can use the Comments action on the Plugin to record any other random comments that would not normally be held on any of the other Plugins.
The benefit of the History Plugin is that it gives you a single view of all of a client’s history. In one place you can see the details of an estimate created for the client from the Sales Plugin, the details of the service calls to install the system created in the Service Plugin, the details of the invoice for the service call, the details of a partial payment for the invoice, the statements and phone calls to collect the remaining balance of the service call all created in the Finance Plugin.
